1. Change of Mind Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• In the same condition you received them
Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the item back.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eclothingaccessories.co.uk
We will offer:
A replacement or a full refund.
We may request photos to help us understand the issue.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return postage.
- If you are returning due to change of mind, you are responsible for return postage.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
